Went in for a warranty repair, had my car in shop all day for 3 separate days before they finally looked at it, The part I paid them too fix was reconnected incorrectly and causing new problems right away. After they "looked at it", they told me it would be $200 for looking at it and said they weren't responsible without any explanation. I found this to be a violation of there warranty page, whether it was there fault or not, an easy lawsuit, but they made sure to cover the legal information needed to peruse action. Heineken in Falcon took great care of our daughter's Forester. They were very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our teen's care was safe.
