Just got an oil change from meineke. Guys were busy as hell but fit me in. Can't complain. The did what I asked.
They forgot to tighten the bolt down on the oil pan. I caught it three days later thankfully preventing engine damage. Lost almost 4 quarts of oil! Too bad, because I've been taking my car here for years but since the management change it's gone to crap. I will not be coming back to this place. And I recommend that others do not use it unless they want their cars damaged as well. UPDATE: I showed the manager the photos and asked for a refund. Hands down the best place to get repairs, brakes, oil changes etc….. everyone is so friendly and they truly go out of their way to make sure that everything goes smoothly. They stayed after hours to finish my car so I could have it the next day, when I walked in to get it ( many hours after they closed) not a single one of them were upset, they were all so friendly and helpful!! Definitely never going anywhere else!
Very grateful for the level of service this company and the outstanding manager offers. Clear communication and shockingly low prices for Allignments and oil changes. Thank you for communicating the situation clearly and handling my truck alignment so quickly.
