Very frustrated with my experience at Meineke. I went in for a standard oil change using a Groupon coupon, but the staff refused the service, claiming there was an issue with my back tire. It felt like they were just trying to avoid honoring the coupon by finding other problems. I then went to Walmart, where they completed the oil change with no issues. I also noticed another customer ahead of me being told they had issues with their car for a simple alignment. I will not be returning.
I’m always satisfied with Meineke and the car service I receive. They are fast, friendly and efficient! I recommend Meineke for any vehicle service you may need.
As much as I wanted to give this repair shop a 5 star due to their great customer service with Dave at the front desk, I would not trust their mechanics to do a any kind of muffler repair work—especially on much older cars. Granted, our 2004 hatchback had a somewhat difficult circumstance of losing a tailpipe to rust so it was very loud.
