I had a first time over all great experiences with Casey, used a Groupon for my oil change, service was fast to where I didn’t spend all day there. They also offer several specials during certain months which is a plus to us customers, who doesn’t want to save! Great experience!
I visited this location for a full synthetic oil change. Before my vehicle was taken back, I verified with the man at the front desk that my fluids would be checked. He said that they would be and went to the garage to confirm that the mechanic would handle checking the fluids. Two days later while traveling out of state, my dashboard flickered on with the check engine AND engine coolant lights.
