Took my mother to this place and explained EXACTLY what was wrong with the vehicle and all it needed was a $17.60 plastic bushing that I didn't have time to do myself on that day. They sent an estimate for $770 to change a shift linkage cable.... I told her to decline the service knowing they were trying to gouge my mother for almost $800. When we showed up the next morning to pick up the vehicle, they had completely ripped apart her center console and refused to put it back together so she could actually drive the car away.... read more

Have been using Meineke in Leland for all our car needs since moving to Leland. We had brakes replacements, mufflers and more. We were happy with the work they did. Here is my COMPLAINT. We sat for an hour or more several weeks ago while our cars were inspected for our registrations. They informed us the machine was down and we would have to come back.
