I went to meineke (40207) to get my car evaluated/inspected and was given a long list of issues with very inflated prices. Even the cost of a basic oil change has gone up over $40 since my last visit. When I asked why, I was told “because of inflation” — which makes no sense when oil prices don’t rise like that. On top of that, the manager tried to tell me I needed new tires. Disappointed. Regular customer who got a synthetic oil change in August. Got home and had an oil leak. Took my Toyota back as it had never leaked oil previously. Meinke told me the leak was from the oil filter and they cleaned it up. I had a feeling they didn’t look at it. Busy. Went home and it was still leaking on my garage floor. These guys are absolutely amazing! I'm from way out of town and my car had a little hick up that I caused myself, the toe truck came and got me and Meineke took me in without hesitation! I didnt have to wait long at all!
Highly recommend. Got me in quickly and diagnosed a problem that ended up being potentially serious. Could’ve partially fixed but recommended I get to dealer immediately because 1) under warranty and 2) needed more specialized targeted diagnostics. Spent well over an hour but did not charge me. Will be back for other issues that pop up because I know I can trust them.
