They were short staffed but didn't think to prevent additional appointments or be forthright about long to expect to wait. I was there 2.5 hours for an oil change/inspection. The other guy in the waiting room had been there 4 hours for an AC recharge
We had a couple set backs in the beginning and I was not optimistic about them making the timeline they gave me. But they worked real hard and late to keep their promise made to me. Will use again. (A bit more communication about timelines would have been better)
Great service! While shop owner was overwhelmed with work due to circumstances beyond his control, he kept a cool and collected attitude, and kept me UTD. He also appeared to give me an honest assessment of the car's problem.
Fast and pleasant service. Happy to do business with them. Advise going online 1st and selecting all discounts that can apply to your desired service. Then when you get there, scroll through them to be sure you get the best deal(s).
Joey has fantastic customer service! Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Will come back and tell my family and friends about how professional staff is. Five star for sure.
