I was a little upset that I wasn’t informed of the oil change price going up. I’ve been a customer for over five years and my first time not getting text messages on the work being done on my car while it was happening not very happy and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
They do good work at this shop. Been in now for a few different repairs and maintenance. They always do a full inspection at the same time. No complaints.
Chris has always been very upfront as to what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait.
Don’t think they ever did alignment they said it would take 2 hours we’re done in 20 mins and never got record of how bad it was off or anything usally I get a report and way over priced
I was having a very sudden issue with my Yukon where it would turn over but then the RPMs would fluctuate a ton and it would run rough for a couple seconds, and then the engine would just die. No check engine light for me to run though. I got it running and immediately called Meineke for advice and diagnostic prices. Chris advised me of the cost of the diagnostic if nothing else gets worked on, but they generally waive it if the issue gets fixed with them.
