I used Meineke to get new brake pads. They ran a full work up and did find other things to keep in mind too. Good service and prompt response. I did make an appointment to be sure I could get it done same day. Dylan is very friendly and made an effort to ensure I understood the repair.
The gentlemen at Meineke St. Matt’s are the picture of what customer service SHOULD be everywhere. Allow me to share a quick story. After the Elizabethtown location did some extensive work on my beloved Jeep Rubicon (with 408k miles, original engine), including replacing brakes front and rear, my wife and I headed to Louisville with our small trailer attached to pick up a ping-pong table. I dont usually leave reviews, but I got amazing service when I came in I just wanted to rave about an employee. Dylan was excellent when it came to customer service and helping get my car back in a good time frame. I highly recommend.
