Had my car in there this week for some regular maintenance work and some engine repair. Been going here for at least 5-6 years. Experience has always been good. This visit, one of my requested services was overlooked but Dylan got me in the next day and got it fixed for immediately. Customer service has always been the best here.
These guy's have been great. I had an emergency while moving from Murray KY to Ohio. I am so very thankful I ended up in their hands. They call before they perform the work. My case has been wild and they have been so good to me. Female's they will take good care of you and will listen to you. Thanks again guy's.
After an atrocious experience with the AAMCO in St. Matthews, I was referred here from the St. Matthews AutoZone. I'm so relieved that Meineke was able to fix the issue with my transmission. They also caught another impending situation with my rear differential (again, caused by AAMCO) and IMO went above and beyond. The guys here at meineke were absolutely amazing. I brought my car in randomly, without an appointment, because it had started overheating while i was driving through st matthews today. They not only got my car in instantly, but also fixed the belts and replaced the water pump all in ONE day, updating me throughout the entire process.
