Took my vehicle in because I was told it needed a catalytic convert by the dealership. I had heard of Meineke and thought they could possibly save me some money over the dealership price. Not only di they say I needed a catalytic converter but told me I needed a cabin air filter which I had replaced myself approximately 7 months ago. They also told me my oil was dirty and dark. This was my first trip to Meineke. I was very happy with the speed with which they got my car in and diagnosed the problem. They didn't have good news for me unfortunately, but that's not their fault. I only dealt with one person and I was happy with that interaction. Oscar was personable and gave me good advice, which I took. I don't have a single bad thing to say. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that there wasn't really enough to go on. Meineke was recommended to me by another business that did not have the parts that I needed. WoW! I am impressed. The gentleman at the desk is a true Kentucky gentleman. He is kind, humorous and forthright. My vehicle was taken care of in less than an hour which rarely has happened in the years that I have owned my vehicle. The best part was he didn't try to tell me that there were other things wrong with my vehicle that I needed to fix right away.
