Professional, fast turn around and didn't feel pressured to get extra services. Inspection and estimate is provided up front, so there are no surprises.
I asked Meineke to fix the lower air vents because they didn't blow any air. They replaced the air filters, but there is still no air coming out of the vents. When I got my car back the radio/clock console was asking for a code. This could and should have been taken care of before I came to pick up the car. As it stands, I will have to take it into the dealership to get my console back. I'll just have them fix the vents too. Won't be coming back after this.

Worst experience ever I came in for a front wheel alignment which cost was 139.00 and they ended up charging my credit card 509.00! They thought I wouldn’t catch it. If I wouldn’t have said nothing they would have kept my money disgusting!!!
I paid 2000 dollars for a compressor replacement last year in January. I went to get help with the warranty and they told me it had expired. I asked why my AC stopped working and they said it was the compressor. I told them it couldn't be because I only drove my car to work and they told me they couldn't do anything for me. I said okay how much are you going to charge me and they told me 800 dollars to change the compressor. It's supposed to be that if they bought the compressor at Auto Zone it has to have a warranty.
