Attempted to schedule an oil change online and the website kept taking me to notes, so i called and asked to scheduled. The person who answered was friendly and asked if I wanted to come in immediately. I stated I would be there in a few minutes. Upon arrival, all bays were full so i sat in my vehicle in front of the bay doors. I made eye contact with several employees as I waited.
