Title: A Disappointing and Messy Experience "My husband took my car to Meineke for a simple oil change, and it was a complete disaster. Despite having an appointment, they held our car for over two hours. To make matters worse, a technician left the window down during a downpour, and now the entire interior is soaked and smells of mildew. They also managed to spill oil, so now my car has a horrible, lingering odor. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of care and professionalism."
Title: Unacceptable Service at Meineke "I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at this Meineke location. Despite having a scheduled appointment, an oil change took over two hours. To make matters worse, it was raining, and the technician left my car window down, soaking the interior and causing water damage to the seats and floor. On top of that, they spilled oil inside my car, which now has a lingering, foul odor. This was a frustrating and completely unacceptable experience."
My service was good but the amount of time I sat was way to long my appt was at 4 didn’t leave until 5:50 so it’s seems like they may need a little more help at that location
Went for a simple oil and filter change - like I have with this shop before. That was quick and easy. The last visit the drain plug stripped the oil pan so their technician replaced it with an oversized drain plug. It’s been leaking ever since and this time they wanted to charge me to replace the oil pan to fix it: $500+ job. They caused this damage and want to charge me to fix it! Not happy and not returning.
Tooooo long but my baby rides like she’s brand new!! Good thing I decided to take off from work and not go during lunch 2 hours I walked the parking lot got 2 miles and some via my Apple Watch.
