Neil was an absolute doll. Great customer service. Wonderful conversation. Got brakes done. In and out.
The initial experience could have been better. Called for two days after receiving a Groupon to schedule service. No answer. Drove there and the customer service was less than ideal. There were no appointments available and the service provider stated I could have booked online. Less than helpful. On the day of service, the service was great. The shop stole $283.72 from me. I took my car in for an inspection and to change the brake pads back in July. I even had a coupon for the brake pads. When I came to pick up my car, the employee at the register had me swipe my debit card for $283 then handed me a Nissan key fob. I told him I drive a Honda and dropped off a Honda. I asked what he charged me for and he charged me for the service done to another customer's car, not mine. He called the manager out to refund me. My 1st time here after purchasing a Groupon for and oil change and tire rotation. The Groupon malfunctioned and I was unable to use, but they honored my service for the same price and had me in and out quickly. I can't say enough good things about my visit...I will definitely be returning! Thank you again for your kindness...
