I scheduled an appointment, but for some reason, it didn’t show up in their system. The staff member was very nice about it and made sure that they fit me in at my appointment time after I showed him my confirmation text message. I had a Groupon for one service and assumed that I could only use one Groupon, but the staff member encouraged me to find a Groupon for the other service and was very patient while I did so. AVOID AVOID AVOID
DO NOT GO HERE. I should’ve listened to the reviews….. but since they were doing a wheel alignment instead of an oil change I thought my car would be fine. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They had my car for about 5 hours and didn’t service me even thought they weren’t busy. They also refused to refund me. The receptionist/manager was extremely rude. They have “New Management” in the front of their store to refuse help with issues their store has previously caused. Please save yourself.

My experience was the best I ever had. Rod was on top of everything. He was very friendly, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable.Rod went out of his way to make sure I understand everything and that everything was intact.I had to of my family automobiles worked on back to back.I will be going bac for the rest of my work to be done. I would definitely recommend going to Meinke out Towson. I just want to say thank you so much again to Rod and the whole Meineke team
