Great customer service. They updated me with progress and also let me know about other issue that would require additional work later down the road. Gave me the opportunity to tell them to complete it while it was there.

I took my Nissan Rogue to the Towson Meineke for an oil change. Alex the manager was quick to get my car in asap. He asked me when the last time my cabin filter was changed. Well, apparently never. I was happy that he took the time to go above and beyond for me
