I came in and had my AC checked out and they said it was ok and just needed to be recharged so I paid the $240 and after I left the AC was still the same so I took it back to get it checked again and now they said it was a bad compressor and it was going to cost me another $900 to fix it, I asked them to refund my money because they made a mistake and was told no and to never come back. So they made a mistake and won't me to pay for it. They totally ripped me off for $240
I was prepared to pay over $600 for a part; however, the team was able to repair the original part, saving me hundreds. Other shops would have said nothing and simply replaced the part to bank the extra money. In these uncertain times, their honesty and ethical approach meant quite a bit to me. I will be returning for any future needs.
It was a holiday weekend about 4 hours before closing. I found out I needed brakes and they also suggested tires (more urgent), but they didn’t have the tires for my vehicle. I told them since I was there to go ahead and do brakes since they were squealing. He insisted that I really needed tires and that I could go to Mr Tire to do that the same day. Have to get an out of state cars inspected. Ended up having to get my license first then register car then I can get inspected. The gentleman there was knowledgeable thank god.
They are great! The manager, Cody, goes the extra mile to help you out and they're honest and upfront with repairs. I cannot recomend them enough!
