My exhaust pipe rusted in half between the catalytic converter and muffler. I called Meineke after my normal shop was fully booked for multiple days. I told them I could be there in 20 minutes and they told me to come in. I showed up and it took them about 30 minutes to inspect the vehicle. They gave me their quote which I found to be fair, and less than an hour later they had the service completed. I will be back
There needs to be clarity with upfront pricing as not to lead to any misunderstanding on the part of the consumer. Once clarified through the frustration I was satisfied.
