Terrible, paid $220 for an alignment and diagnostic and they said it wasn't able to be aligned bc the new parts were out of correct positions...which is why I brought it there and nothing got accomplished. Very poor skill level, no knowledge.

i received a coupon for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I believe it was $36.95. Great deal! Made a reservation to get the oil change and tire rotation. The young lady at the front desk was great and the technician were very nice and engaging. The price did not include the filter or disposal or the old oil nor the shop supplies. The great deal ended up being the tire rotation for free and oil change was exactly what I paid at VIP. For he last oil change. Why 4 stars?
