I went for an oil change and tire rotation, the tires weren't rotated and they informed me after the oil change was completed that my oil pan gasket was leaking. Now I get to fix that and replace the oil change I just had done, the gasket leaking was something that should have been discussed before the change..

They’ll break something (oil filter housing unit,) on your car during simple maintenance, and then insist the part broke due to old age. Post oil change, my wife pulled out of their parking lot and her entire tank of oil was emptied. I have an invoice showing I replaced the part 9 months ago. The place that did it 9 months ago has footage of them installing it. Harry, the manager here, insisted that this part was never replaced and broke due to old age.
