Screwed up my alignment. Couldn't get my steering wheel straight. I could have done it myself if I didn't need the computers for the angles
The team at Meineke Muscatine never disappoints. From their courtesy, professionalism, and expertise, they make everything easy and convenient. My technician, Tom, took the time to teach me something about my car and its warning system so I wouldn’t be alarmed if that specific light came on again. He gave me peace of mind. I will not be taking Ethel anywhere else for her care & maintenance. I know she’s in good hands at Meineke Muscatine.
Very friendly, informative and prompt.
Other than charging me four times more than what they needed to. They did get the job done in two hours.
GREAT SERVICE and great manager onsite!
