Great customer service. They know what they're doing!
I was verbally quoted over the phone for a complete brake job. After the service was complete, I was not shown an invoice and paid the amount requested. I was then handed the bill and I left. At home I reviewed the bill and called them to find out why they only replaced the front brakes and they said they only quoted the front brakes. They had previously completed a complete review of the entire car and never gave me a printed review to show all brakes.
