You bent the door frame of our car when you put it up on jacks. That created a bend in the paneling, which then caused a dent in the paneling when opening the driver’s door. Awful. And you absolutely knew that you did it, which makes it even worse. We were coming to you for an estimate so obviously we won’t be using you to do the work to replace our muffler.
For the last several years I've been taking my you car to meineke and not once have I ever got gone in there that they have not treated me with respect and take an excellent care of my car. I have taken my car before to the dealership and did not receive the same care concern that I have at meineke.
