Best of the Best
This place is awesome. I’m from out of state drove in and got an oil change no waiting was in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend this place to anybody local or traveling through Fort Smith, Arkansas. If I’m ever through again and need anything mechanically done to my vehicle, I would definitely stop here most pleasant experience I’ve had in a long time at a mechanic shop I would like to say a big thank you to the Meineke group of Fort Smith, Arkansas on Towson Drive thank you, Ken and Lisa Frisby
Was able to drop my truck after the alternator went out on the freeway. The next day they fixed it.
I took my car in for a squealing and a crunching noise when I turned to the right. They found a rock that was stuck causing the noise and that I needed new rotors and brakes all around. The pictures of what they found were sent to me so I could see what they perceived to be the issues as well as their recommendations. There was no high-pressure selling going on and they had me back on the road the same day within a few hours.
