I had the most wonderful experience with my vehicle and Meineke car care did the most wonderful job I called and told them what happened and they were very polite and professional and understanding and they hooked me up and they even came to pick my SUV up and I'm greatful to have them thank you so much and I recommend them to everyone I'm happy
3 stars only because they used to be great. I’m very dissatisfied with the most recent time I came to Meineke for an oil change. I booked an appointment online and told the lady at the desk so. She told me it’d be a 30 minute wait and it would be 51 dollars even with my coupon. I waited an hour for my car to even be seen, and the “inspection” that they did on my car was taking photos of the outside, and a photo of my dash.
