Brakes went out, they got me in without an appointment, got the parts and made the needed repairs. Professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this facility.
Lee is great with customer service and has gone over and beyond with assisting in getting my car repaired. Port Orchard location I highly recommend.
I have always given 5-stars to Meineke since going there for service for my 2005 VW Beetle for many years. I can not give 5-stars this time as the counter person was not professional and condescending about my appointment and how much i paid for an oil change for my Madza 3. I took my car to Walt's, got my oil changed with a smile and paid $30 less!
While the exterior of the business is in desperate need of some attention/care, we found the staff to be quite engaging and knowledgable. The oil change we received on our car - and the accompanying inspection report - seemed thorough, and while some of the recommended repairs were perhaps overpriced, the staff were generous in their offerings of short-term alternatives. If there was someone (perhaps a general manager) committed to cleaning this place up a bit, it would definitely be a "go to" location for local car service.... read more
On 11/7 I bought 2004 Dodge Durango in for service! Tyler & his Staff gave me Excellent Customer Service . They went beyond just servicing my SUV! After my recent visit I booked another service for 11/20. Great Job, Guys!! Harlan I will be back for sure . Lee sold me a oil change package for future on my cars
