The experience I had was the absolute worst I had ever experienced! They charged me to fix my apt and did not fix it and when I brought it back the owner refused to fix it without charging me again. He also had fired the guy who had said my truck was completely fixed and refused to honor what that guy had said! The police was called because I felt like I was being takin advantage of and then the owner thru me off the property! It's not just a car place, but a home for your car. From check in to finish, no worries here just happiness 😊 yes, I found the place. Wasn't to hard if good things said all add up to this Heineken. The diagnostic I thought I didn't need i did. Along with everything else they explained and fixed perfectly correct. Skilled, mature, clean workmanship. Yep, booya! I'm happy, my car has a great 2nd home.
They charged me 130 $ for a diagnostic and then said it would be another $1200 to find the issue so I’m not sure what that’s all about. Staff is very kind but I’ve been here twice and both times have been inefficient. The first time I came and got an oil change and the front desk lady said it would be 30 minutes and I waited in there for 3 hours. I will not return and I’ve heard other people have similar experiences here.
This is the only place I will allow to service my Cadillac.
