To be fair I have no idea how a mechanics shop runs, what goes on behind the scenes. However I must say if you don’t have all day to spare, maybe try somewhere else. Had an appointment at 9am, didn’t get to leave until 12:30. Simple oil change. The front desk was nice, no other issues with our visit.
Good service , nice guys very professional!
