All I wanted was a simple oil change and it took two hours. I wondered why it took so long when it doesn't take that long at other places. Then at the end they bring out this two page list of things they recommend getting done which totaled up to $3,000 to $4,000. Then I realized that most of the time was spent trying to figure out how to make more money off me. Next time I am going to a place that only does oil changes
A/C replaced 2 years ago. At the time they had to do it 3 times due to cheap parts. Owner told me 3rd time he ordered from Chrysler and claimed he was losing money. Now my A/C needs replaced once again as he lied about the parts he ordered last time. The cheap parts are under warranty, but they are charging me double of what the labor should be. A discount was offered but cost still far higher than other places. Had they ordered good parts last time, I wouldn’t even need replacement again. My view is they should make it righ... read more
BEWARE !!! They will lie about the parts they use to fix your car. They will order from cheap places that saves them money and double charge you for labor and then turn around and charge you again when they need to replace the same thing that is supposed to be under warranty. Don’t trust the management here. If you care about your car and your wallet, you’ll go elsewhere. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
I honestly probably could of done some of the work done such as changing filters. I went in for an oil change and ended up paying almost 300 for an oil change,a few filters and a light bulb that only took about 20 mins. And left with an almost 1000 estimate of things that need to be done. I am sorry but I will not be returning.
