$73+ for a quart of Universal Power Steering Fluid... Come on! Car is making humming noise that was not there before they installed the new(?) Power steering pump. I question the integrity of Meineke. Probably won't return & definitely won't recommend to anyone I know.
If i could leave 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. My car has been there twice to repair the heating/ AC and both times were a complete hack job. Jacob is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Not to mention the work him and his workers do makes them seem inexperienced. Would never recommend sending your car to this location. An absolute clown show.
My experience at Meineke was delightful. Jacob was very knowledgeable and fair. As a person who has worked in a mechanic shop, I can have my car fixed here.
Horrible, devastating, terrible, wrong, unethical, unpleasant, unprofessional..... ruined my vehicle. Disregarding, and dismissive.
