There was really no choice in the matter. I was basically forced, to bring my vehicle, to this facility by my service contract provider Silverrock . I was not completely on board with bringing a transmission repair to a facility that is known for muffler repair. That is not the reason that i feel one star is deserved. The facility was less than communitive then deserved, being the actual customer who is having their vehicle repaired. Do not! I repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle to these people. Completely unprofessional rude short. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to anything other than tire repair.
Only had dealings with the young lady out front. She is great and a great employee...
