UPDATE; we finally got ahold of the owner. Told her what was going on. She called the shop that my car is at to speak with them about paying the $350 since they are the ones who messed my car up. The owner at the new shop called us to ask us to call her because when she was on the phone she was just trying to push to get off the phone and hung up ha. Was quoted 306 for work to be completed plus 59.99 for an I’ll charge the total was supposed to be around $375 for work to be completed with tax. I asked the Kaylieh three times on the phone 3 days ago what the total would be she said $365 with taxes that the work was 289 before tax and would come out to 306 plus the oil change at 59.99 plus tax.
