An oil change should not take an hour and 8 minutes. Especially, when you made the appointment the day before. The manager said he didn't have the oil filter for my car and we had to wait. Wait a second! My appointment was made the day before for a 2:30pm appointment. They had my genesis coupe 3.8 in his system from when I made the appointment.
