Very bad communication throughout. My car was put brought in before hours on a Thursday did not get it back until Saturday afternoon. Had to call multiple times to check status. Very disappointing. There is no option for 1/2 star.

I didn’t plan on leaving a review but their automated system reached out so here we are. When I called their number to ask for a quote on an oil change and to set an appointment I was met with a rep that wanted to tell me my F150 would be 19.99 for a partial synthetic oil change. I told her that it was a v8 with 7.6 liters and that was impossibly low. She reviewed and said that it would be 30 for the oil change plus probably 10 dollars per extra quart over that. Around 55 bucks after tax. She did not provide an exact number.... read more
