The manager said they could do an alignment on my truck after seeing and measuringthe truck. I scheduled an appointment and took it in. After they had my truck for several hours, i received a call and was informed they could not complete the alignment because it was too long. The shop wasted my entire day saying they could fo something they could not do.
Needed an ouk change and bc I am very particular about who I allow to work on my truck, I drove 1 1/2 hrs to have it done by this specific location. They treat my truck with respect and care. Highly recommend this location. Dee, the manager, is great. She is very friendly & professional and treats the customers as more than just a number on their financial spreadsheets.
I was disappointed in the service that I received because my car was still under warranty. I needed Meineke to check my cooling system to make sure it was not leaking. I had to pay $239.00 for the check for work they did. To top it off the tech came back and informed that I had no oil in my car but the day before I had just got my oil changed. Wasted my time and inconvenienced my whole day. Made my appointment online for 8 am. When I got there they said they the mechanic wasn’t in until 9. Why even schedule them if they are meaningless. Waited over an hour to be told the mechanic had called in sick until 12. They offered for me to wait and hope they made it by noon but no guarantee that they would even make it or do the work today.
