Took our 2014 Ram in for an oil cooler change as we suspected that there was a leak. When we got there my husband told the gentleman that we have a coolant leak. He said they would check it out. About an hour and half later Bill called me and asked how long we had the truck. We told him about two weeks he suggested that we try and take it back to the dealership because the engine was full of metal and the coolant had oil intrusion. Dropped off ny car for what I thought were new brakes, an oil change and a tune-up. As usual, Meineke did not do unnecessary work. They told me the brakes didn't need replacement yet, and that my car had another 30 or 40,000 miles before it would need a tune-up. So unusual for a car mechanic or car stealership! Car was in and out in no time. Thanks, Meineke!
Great service at the new shop. Martin and his team provide excellent communication and excel at vehicle maintenance.
Super easy to get my oil changed! They also suggested my windshield wipers were worn, which I agreed with and had them change them out as well. Process was quick, easy in and out!
