Was there for more than 3 hours for front two tires replaced and an alignment. Went in with functional TPMS sensors. They brought my car out and the TPMS light was on. First they told me one of my sensors was missing when they removed the wheel. Funny no light was on and that was confirmed by their check in inspection. Then I was told the sensor was loose so they removed it. Then I was told I need to drive it to reset it. 3 different stories. Appointment takes too long. Took over one hour for oil change and tire rotation
The staff was exceptional. But I feel that because I was from out of the state I was charged more than normal. An alternator shouldn’t have costed 850. That’s outrageous. But because I needed it down by the weekend I had no choice and they knew this. It’s sad to say but I will NOT come back again
