Did Everything Right and Didn’t Take A Long Time .
I was dealing with a frustrating issue with tire balancing. The car drives like new again, and the team was transparent and friendly throughout. Five stars for quality work and great customer service! Matt was extremely HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!! Thank you for also putting in the extra mile to rotate the tires!
If I could give a lesser rating than 1 star, Meineke Car Care Center store #2774 would get a 🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃 rating. This is not a mark against other Meineke Car Care Centers, only my experience here. The engine mounts repair was negligent, resulting in workmanship that failed to meet the standard of care expected of a reputable and professional care facility. Great experience with this repair shop. They diagnosed the issue with the vehicle, advised repair options and had the vehicle up and running on time!
Don't go to this location! They dont actually know what they're doing. They're learning smdh. I needed a new terminal but they still haven't given me the right one after 5 visits plus they messed up my battery terminals so I have to get a new battery an positive and negative terminal cables because of them. They keep saying its fine. Im no mechanic but I know right from wrong. Also tried to buy tires here and they replaced the wrong ones on a Saturday so I had to wait till they were open again to get my correct tires back, a... read more
