Ray was great help and was able to help me with out within a timely manner. The other staff worked very diligently and made sure my car was up and running the same day as drop off. If I need anything else, I know that Meineke in albermarle is the place to go for reliable and fast service.
Everything was great. I got full service oil change and tire rotation.
The other day I had such a scare—my car overheated on the highway with my toddler in the backseat! It was an incredibly stressful situation, and on top of that, I was worried about the cost of repairs. My last experience with a different repair shop had been awful: I paid an outrageous amount only for my car to break down again. Thankfully, I found the wonderful team at Meineke. The lady at the counter let me know I could get my specific oil across the street and it saved me $25 right there. I really appreciated that. Had a great experience here!
I took my car in to have a water pump put in and was told it was a 4 hour job. Was taken in on Wednesday and I had to call to get a follow up on my car on Friday morning and the only thing I was told is that they would call when it was ready. It’s now Saturday morning I called again only to get the same response. Now I’m being told that people were ahead of me but my problem with that is they started working on my car immediately.
