They closed at 3pm when online says 4pm. Terrible customer service. They had attitudes that can use an adjustment. I won't be going back and word by mouth travels far.
If I could give this place negative stars. I would. Let me tell you about me experience. So I call to schedule a oil change package because I saw an ad for $59.99 plus tax and fees. The package was for up to 5 quarts of fully synthetic oil, new oil filter, tire rotation and a 24 point inspection. Iasked d them the make and mosel of my car 2023 Toyota Camry SE and asked how much it would the cost be out the door.They told me about $69.99. Guys were nice enough but to try to quote me over 6k dollars in repairs while just getting a state inspection is crazy. Especially when one of them was charging over 400 dollars just to change spark plugs. Including 150 dollars for 4 plugs that cost 10 bucks each at Autozone. Needless to say won't be returning. HAD to change to 1 star after taking my vehicle to another repair shop and had the work done for 1/4 of the price I was quoted. BEWARE!!!
Great communication and explanation of what needed to be done.
Connor was very helpful and understanding and the report was very easy to see with photos to see the inspection as well.
