I started coming to this Meineke location in October 2023, and only stopped due to moving. Mike, the current service manager is so friendly, helpful, and really listens to any concerns and answers questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Recommended service jobs have always been transparent with need and pricing, and I feel like they want you to make the most informed decision that you can. Service on time as scheduled. Frequently used. Never had to return for a do-over. Check made of auto components and systems and conditions printed out.
Great communication with their automated system. Makes it super easy to review, accept/decline etc.
