Told me they could change my transmission fluid differentials and brakes for 300 dollars. Gave them the truck for 4 days. Called me and told me that they kindly gave me another free differential service because didn’t know it has 2 differentials and they couldn’t change transmission fluid. Every truck that is 4x4 has 2 differentials. And they thought mine had one after telling them it’s 4x4 and has a z71 package which is off-road package. Everything went well. Had to work out details with the key lock for tge lug bolts, but they were patient and worked with me to get things done.
Went in for an alignment and they said they couldn't do it because I needed $4,300 worth of repairs first. I went to another mechanic the next day that said there was nothing wrong with my car except I needed an alignment. These guys are horrible
I have used this location many times but it appears the manager is no longer there. This time was horrible. I had an 8am appt for service with specific repair needed plus an oil change and wanted a noise investigated. The Looked at the car at 2pm. I asked about the noise, they had not looked. The called me back around 4pm saying car would be ready at 545 pm, they still had not looked at the noise. We picked up the car the next day, they still had not looked the noise. Won't be back.
