Showed up on a quiet morning for a brake fluid replacement. They were out of fluid so they ordered some from AutoZone down the street. Already not ideal, but instead of going to get it themselves they waited ~45 min for it to be delivered without notifying me of what was going on. Then when I left, I noticed they had spilled the brake fluid all over my headlight and left the bottle cap in the engine.
