I had a $1200 brake job by Meineke in Feb 2025, on my Cadillac, with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. By September the brakes were pulsating and the rotors warped. Took it back to Meineke to see if they would honor their work. Told me too bad, it’s 2,000 miles over for them to help me. They did not even offer a discount. Likely this is from them putting the wrong (cheap) set of brakes on my car in the first place. This review is a little late since I had Google login issues. Thank you Sean for squeezing in my oil change when I accidentally booked an appointment with a Meineke in a different city. Sean even walked me to my vehicle with an umbrella when it was raining.
Friendly, fast, great price. My next major service will be done here.
