I’ve been coming here for a few years and every person here is amazing, especially Amanda. She’s the kindest and most genuine person ever. Trey is great too!! They’re honest and treat your car with extreme care and are FAIR! I will be coming here for years to come.
Went for my air conditioner quality and within a very reasonable amount of time, problem solved. Was greeted by the Manager Julio and I must admit the customer care provided, not only myself but every customer that walked in,was exceptionally courteous! Now I can drive in the coldest comfort!! Thank you Julio and to your Service Techs that made it possible!!
Yes, I don’t mind sharing my experience with Meineke. I was so happy they was able to fix my car under my 30 day warranty and there’s still some more stuff to be done but thank you so much staff for being there and repairing the car, have a blessed day keep up the good work
I visited this location 4337 E Sunset Rd on Saturday 7/26/25 for a full synthetic oil change. I received my car back, within 20 miles of driving my car the oil light came on saying check oil levels. I had to immediately pull over check the oil. The technician removed 6 qt of oil from my car during the oil changed & in return g only gave me 5qt. Of course this all happens after business hour for the day. Now I'm in a panic because this is my only vehicle & I definitely don't want to damage the engine. So I go to the valvoli... read more
I feel comfortable taking my vehicle here knowing that I will be told exactly what's wrong and the need that it needs to be addressed in. Amanda is definitely is great at communicating and someone I feel comfortable talking to regarding my car maintenance.
