I’m at a loss of words for how disappointed I am with the Meineke I used. What’s started as an AC system repair has turned into a 6month stand off with no answers. Due to a module they needed to replace, the final troubleshooting and repairs to the system were put on hold. During that back order wait time the entire management team and maybe staff (was not sure if they’re gone too) were replaced. No one there knows what’s going on. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. My power steering went out and I just happened to be close to the Meineke shop on Deer Valley. I asked if someone could look at it for me and they did right away. When it was determined I needed to leave my car for a few days, Andrea helped me get a rental car and even drove me there to pick it up! I hope I got your name right… your service and professionalism are outstanding!

If there were a way to give negative stars, this shop would be the proud winner of all of them. I brought my car in with a transmission that worked, an A/C that blew cold air, and a stereo that played music. Thanks to this circus of so-called “mechanics,” I left with a transmission that lurches like a dying mule, an A/C that spits out air hotter than Phoenix asphalt, and a stereo that now serves as nothing more than a decorative piece of plastic.
