My work van broke down in New Haven CT on our way to Wayne NJ and I had to get it towed to a shop close to my job. I use Meineke back home so I had it towed to this location over night. Steve answered when I called the next day and he was super friendly and professional. He said he would take care of my van right away and eased all my worries. This was a horrible experience all around. Spent $826 on getting brakes, pads and rotors for my jeep. I went to the mienke facility in Hawthorne, NJ (store 551). Got a price quote on the labor of $585 from the owner Steven. Jeep was there over 5 hours. At the end of the day, he calls me to let me know that I need brake hoses and shoes for the emergency brakes. I asked how much for the hoses to which he replied about $20 each.
