Really positive experience here. I really appreciated the communication and the helpful suggestions. I was surprised there wasn’t much of a wait time when I brought my car in. Friendly and fast.
I brought my car here for a simple oil change. I showed them a valid discount coupon, but instead of applying it, they charged me for additional services and made me pay more than expected. After the service, multiple warning lights came on in my car, and now it has serious issues and does not drive properly. These problems started immediately after their work. The store manager Ray and Richie, the engineer who worked on my car were so helpful. They showed me the problems I had to fix immediately and things that I could wait for. No pressure, no tactics! Parts were ordered on the spot and delivered by a warehouse driver. Car was fixed and returned as they promised me in the morning!! Customer service was exceptional!! I would definitely recommend this place and these great folks for you to put faith in for tour cars.
