I needed a tune up for my 2021 Hyundai ELANTRA so I went for an Estimate. The technician told me the spark plugs were $238 dollars apiece and the coils were $338 each for a grand total of 2000+ dollars I called AutoZone the spark plugs cost $19 each and the calls were $148 each so they were trying to bust my head because labor is not that much so I walked out. Not sure if they thought because I was a woman I was gullible and naïve or desperate
Robin was awesome. Got in and out quickly. Most service places try to add on fees or sell you something you don't really need. They were honest & no hidden "extras". Will definitely be going back for another oil change & recommend that you go there to.
Unfortunately I can no longer leave a recommendation for using Meinke, the manager that was there was promoted last year and there have been changes and it is declining. I have multiple vehicles and I would take them all there but not any longer due to my recent experience, I was told that my vehicle needed several immediate needs that had been previously completed and was told they could not pull up my records and that have receipts where the work was done.
