Let me say first Justin is the man he was polite, warm and kind from start to finish. He explained in detail everything about my car and even ask me to come and look at the things that needed to repaired but doing the work he also offered ways to pay if I didn't have the funds because my car was in bad shape. I felt heard and not took advantage of being a woman with limited knowledge of cars and repairs, the crew did a wonderful job repairing my car and I will return in the future.
I took my car in to get my brakes checked. After the inspection, I received a quote for over $6k in services. I declined and picked my car up the next day. The contents of my arm rest were on the floor of the passenger side. My car ran hot when I got it which it has never done in the 6 years I've had. I had to have it towed home. I called and was told it was only inspected with no explanation why my items were on the floorboard. I was asked to bring it back in.
