Great service and team
As a single woman, car shops are intimidating!! But this one, feels like family. I came in needing the battery on my Mercedes replaced and a few other things, Stephanie is a blessing!!! She helped me get the things I needed and educated me on how to help my car in the long run. She was BEYOND helpful, got the job done quick and most of all was KIND! Fixing your car is never a pleasant experience, unless it’s here!!! I will never go to another shop again. They’ve gained a lifetime customer!
Came here three times in the last 2 months and they helped me made sure to explain what needs to be done and talks to me in a way that i can understand. First time i was here, my car needed a lot of repairs. The explained it to me broke down how much i need to pay and helped me through the process. Dangerous Negligence and Shoddy Workmanship After 60K Service I brought my 2021 Ram ProMaster to Meineke for its 60,000-mile service, and what happened afterward was completely unacceptable. When I picked up the van, I discovered it was low on both brake fluid and antifreeze, which I had to fill myself. About a week later, my brakes failed in traffic, nearly causing an accident.
