Love the customer service techs are great too
Spoke to Stephanie on the phone and was able to get me a spot for an oil change, came 20 minutes later and the manager Alvin was very helpful, took care of me and had a great conversation, I definitely recommend this Meineke location, got me in and out within 20 minutes. They also did a thorough check up on my tires, they took photos and saw issues that other places did not. Will be back soon! Thank you! Mahalo!
I scheduled an appointment online for my mom to get an oil change because I saw an advertisement stating you could book online and get the oil change for $34.95 - but that is inaccurate. She showed up for the appt and they did the oil change for $34.95 but then separately charged her for everything else and the total was almost $60. That's called a bait and switch. Don't go here.
