Nice people. I was pretty irritated when my car wasn't ready when it was promised because I would have genuinely sent my car somewhere else if I knew it was going to take as long as it did. But everything else about the experience was great. Didn't argue with me on what I wanted to wait on, patient, and offer free tow to the shop.
I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before my vehicle was taken into the shop. The work was performed quickly and cleanly. I am very satisfied and will recommend Meineke.
Great team and it actually includes the owner who is one of the guys himself, Eric. Charlie was a man of his word and completed the job with the team that another shop couldn’t and now my A/C compressor works! If you want good, efficient and honest vehicle service with a cohesive team that gets the job done right I highly recommend Meineke on State Street in Boise. 5/5, 10/10👍🏼👍🏼
