Easy to make an appointment online, and convenient times were available. Brought in my older minivan for an oil change. Meineke provided an inspection report including a list of needed services and repairs, sorted by degree of urgency. Very helpful.
Their pricing was fair and transparent. They identified some maintenance issues, but didnt try to "Upsell" me on those items, but gave me insight on some things to keep in mind. I will definitely use them in the future for maintenance on my vehicle.
They did a great job with my crv. Would go again !
Professional, friendly, and informative. I’ve been here twice now and have never felt like I’m being upsold. They do a good job of explaining services and even provide photos of their findings for transparency
