The service was great the guys were awesome I was kinda in a hurry no problem they took my vehicle in took care the issue and had me on my in no time a all yes I will return for future services on my vehicle .
Meineke went above and beyond making me feel comfortable even discussed what was wrong with the car while checking for other issues. They test drove it to ensure their work was good. They were polite professional and thorough. They made me feel good about choosing them to do the work. Outstanding quality work.
They said that I don’t have to pay for the inspection but charged me a hefty amount just for giving some codes. Before leaving, the front desk employee used bad words on me. Very unprofessional. Never visiting again. Never recommending to anyone.
I brought my truck in for a diagnostic after it displayed overheating warnings. Prior to bringing it in, I confirmed there were no coolant leaks or overheating. My truck even sat unused for a week and it showed overheating immediately upon startup. Despite this, I was told the water pump needed replacement and that coolant was leaking.
