Rude, unprofessional service I called to get a quote for an alignment before booking, which is a completely reasonable request. Instead of answering, the receptionist snapped “do you want it or not?” When I asked if he could email me the quote so I could compare prices, he refused and said I’d only get a receipt after paying — meaning I was expected to commit blind with no idea what I’d be charged. Told me price over phone was 70$ and I told them model and engine. Said had regular for 70$. My mom gets there, they are out of sae05-20. So told my mom synthetic and total was 117. I told her if more than 70$ like was told over phone then never mind, but she mistook me saying ok to being out of the regular oil and not 70$ to leave. But shes 73 and I felt bad but know I know. Nothing here is 70$.

I called one of the locations in Houston to ask about their pricing. The price was a little higher than the market average. I thanked the representative, but he hung up on me. It was very rude, and the overall customer service was disappointing.

No appointment, debit or credit card accepted, not crowded and quick. My go to place for oil changes. FYI no run around about your vehicle needing this or that unless it’s obvious then they let you know.

Mr Dale did an alignment on my old truck.. nobody else could come close to getting it right.. He did. Very happy .. Thanks guys..
