I have to say, my time with Meineke has come to an end. You’ll see from my past reviews that I’ve had consistently great experiences — until now. With the current rewards program ending (points must be used by 3/31), I called ahead to understand my balance and how to use it. I was told I had 3,000 points, and that both of our vehicles (a 2015 BMW and a 2015 Murano) would require 2,000 points each for synthetic oil changes.
