Procedure that should have taken 45 min took 2 1/2 hours. Dillon ignored another customer and me waiting for our vehicles and failed to follow-through with the garage staff. Nothing happened until we complained and garage staff heard us. He took care of both our vehicles immediately.
We love coming to this location! It is close to home and everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable. We have worked with Gary on nearly all of our visits and he is our favorite. If you have maintenance, a quick fix or a bigger issue, I would recommend them!
Dobbs? Never again! Tire Choice? Forget it! Meineke is THE one and only shop I'll ever take my three vehicles again. Service, care, follow-up, prices, value all get scores of 100%.
