Great service and pricing.
Never again. Took my truck in for an AC diagnosis. I was informed I needed a new compressor (77K miles on the truck). Paid the $2000 to get it replaced. Still didn’t work, brought it back. Now it’s a bad condenser. I wouldn’t let these guys check my tire pressure. Nice enough guys, but I have to remember they are really just a muffler shop.
I took my vehicle to Meineke because my A/C had stopped working. They were very accommodating and were able to get me in right away, which I really appreciated. The gentleman at the front desk seemed knowledgeable and honest during the initial conversation. One thing that was off-putting was that he was chewing tobacco and spitting into a cup while speaking with me, which wasn’t very professional and made for an unpleasant customer experience.
