They have a great team working this Meineke. Chris was more than helpful getting me checked in and out. My car was ready way earlier than I or they even expected it to be with custom cutting, welding, and installing on a part of an exhaust pipe. My little coupe no longer sounds like a 747 about to take off. Thanks guys, you have a new customer 4 life!
I want to give a huge thank you to Chris and his entire team at Meineke in Cedar Park for going above and beyond to diagnose the problem with my Ford Explorer. At first, nothing obvious showed up during the initial inspection, but they didn’t just stop there. They took the time to dig deeper, and one of their mechanics discovered that my transmission was completely shot. Luckily, my Explorer was still under warranty, so I only had to pay $100 deductable.
