I went in for an oil change because their website advertised $59.99 for a full synthetic oil change. When I arrived, they tried to charge me $108+. I showed them the ad, and the employee said it would “save me $15” because the oil filter was charged separately, which was never made clear in the ad. I still ended up paying $88, far more than advertised. After the service, they tried to upsell me on multiple services I did not need. Nice and fast service. High quality Just call in to see what the total costs are for repairs. Additions is what can surprise you. I though I would be in out but extra charges ouch
Watch the bait-and-switch coupons and specials. Also, if you take your vehicle there for a diagnosis or inspection, expect the result to always be that you need to have work done.
