Overall good service. Pros: Great pictures and details of findings and recommendations. Friendly Professional Customer Service Cons/Opportunity for improvement would be: to turn on the car and make sure all works as it should. When they opened my air filter that was clearly marked (K&N - non-replacable) they accidentally pushed off a clamp to a hose for the air return system. I was in Oceanside visiting from Mi. I was having issues with my brakes. They took me right into the shop. Figured out what was wrong and got me right back on the road.
I brought my car in to have the air-conditioning repaired. I was initially told the work would take two days, but it ended up taking four. What was most frustrating wasn’t the delay, but the inconsistent updates. When I called for a status update, I was told the car was being worked on. However, when I called again the next day, I was told no work had been done the previous day.
