I rarely leave reviews like this, but after my experience with this shop, I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision. I originally brought my car here in December 2025 after the water pump failed. A friend of a friend recommended Bob, so I trusted the recommendation. After the repair, another problem developed, and I was eventually told it was caused by a gasket that had been installed incorrectly.
