My ac wasn’t working so I made an appointment at 8 am online. Called at 8 to make sure they knew my car was there. Yes we see your car. Called again at 11 they said we are pulling your car in now. We will call you in an hour to let you know what we find. No call. 3pm called back. We haven’t looked at it yet , I said so should I call you back or you will call me?
