First negative experience occurred when I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Upon advising them what make and model I had I asked if they had the oil filter in stock to which they assured me they did. After bringing my car in, they realized they did not have the oil filter in stock after all and I was forced to come in again just so they can complete the oil change!!
