Front desk man had horrible customer service.. and shouldn't be in his position at all.
This shop is a bunch of scamming clowns! They are the epitome of con artists. I took my vehicle in for a mandatory inspection and the inspector stressed to me that my front brakes were dangerously low at "3mm" and the rear pads were "4-5mm" very unsafe. I got pads on the way home, and prepared to do a brake job. My pads were at least 50% They quoted me $1300 for pads and rotors all the way around and $300+ to replace a headlight. Great customer service. Had me in and out for oil change
I didn't feel welcome, they questioned my vehicle ownership, it took them 2 hours to do an oil change and the place was very dirty.
This is my third time at this specific location and was pretty Disappointed this time. The manager or service advisor was in the office for the hour and a half I was there watching what looked like pimple popping videos. Someone came in to be helped and sat there for about 10 minutes before giving up and leaving because he didn’t see him and come out of the office. I also was told I needed new rotors and went and got a second opinion and was told my rotors were fine. They also tried to charge me $170 to diagnose an error cod... read more
