I made an appointment online and arrived on time, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. They took three walk-ins ahead of me at the exact time of my scheduled appointment, and it ended up taking almost two hours just to complete an oil change. Seemed okay. Service manager Brian was a little curt. At one point, the service technician went into his office, shut the door and had a conversation regarding my vehicle. Unfortunately, the only part of the conversation I overheard was Brian saying to his tech, “I’m sure that’s fine, at least it’s better than it was before”. Once I asked if everything was OK with my vehicle I was assured that everything was, “sealed up and ready to go”.
