I had my headlight replaced at Meineke a few years ago. So, when the my headlights worked on high beam but not on low, I when back to Meineke to have it checked out. The general manager replaced the bulb without charge. Thanks, Meineke.
I was hearing some occasional squeaks from my brakes and figured I would have them checked. Johnathan was honest, no bs, and showed me how worn my brakes were. I appreciate up front honesty. Their hospitality is nice too, there were some burritos and donuts and was offered some. I ended up getting all new brakes. Like they say "buy once, cry once" especially for OEM parts, which they use, and now I should be good for 50k+ miles and their nationwide warranty always help.
