I have to use this location for service my car since 2020. Today I am happy with Juan Salgado, he is a nice man, listen what customers concerned, also I saw him went to help some technicals. I really do not like some techs and managers worked here before, they do not care, and not listen customers, they looked bossy and cranky. I am happy they no longer this location. Again, Juan Salgado is good man, if you come to this location, do not hesitate and ask him any question .
When it’s good, I say it’s good . I wasn’t goung to say anything but since you guys sent me feedback request, I’ll gladly oblige. Brought in my car which I thought had battery issues for battery change. Was told to pay about $39-40 for diagnostics incase it’s something else other than the battery. I also understand that there maybe other issues since I mentioned an engine light turn on on my dashboard. No problem. Casey and Juan and the tech that worked on my car were all spectacular and made a rather expensive work process easier to understand and accept. I had neglected my car maintenance for a few years. My bad due to health issues. Im glad I finally brought her in. The guys at Mieneke did such a good job and even gave me a ride home and pick up once my car was fixed and good to go. I am so happy Meineke Henderson exists. We rented our car in LA, expecting a reliable ride through Vegas, Grand Canyon, and back… but that’s far from what we experienced. Not only did the team in Henderson help assess what was wrong with the car (despite clearly being busy with other customers), they did everything in their power to help get us moving quicker (despite the car being unsafe to drive).
