Frustrated with lack of service, had an appointment at 8am for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and to look at an AC problem. I waited for two hours until 10am and no services had been started on my car at all. The employee at the front was very nice but I got no communication and again I don’t know what the point of an appointment is if I’m going to have to wait for hours until anything starts anyways.
