I do not trust my car of 19 years to just anyone. The Meineke center on 73rd ave, Hillsboro is awesome! Excellent customer service, fair prices and excellent work! Me and my car thank you very much :)
Excellent experience! Went in asking for total brake replacement, as the front brakes were screeching. They were very honest and said, the brakes were all at least 50 percent still remaining, that the front brakes were just glazed. I appreciate the high integrity. We ultimately chose to replace the front set of brakes, as the sound was terrible when we brought it in. Problem solved, and we are very pleased.
Very good customer service and communication. Also save money by noticing the battery receipt said the battery was still good. Always a great team at this location.
Don’t go here. I drive about 40 minutes to utilize this location because I have really appreciated their service, however the last few times it has been horrible to the point that this time I didn’t even get an inspection report. They didn’t send me a digital copy and the receipt that they gave me also didn’t say anything about what was done or what needs to be done.
