Good inspection. But OVER expensive repair cost (20-30%) more than other recognized repair shops. Its better to go to car dealership service centers instead of Meineke.
Where do I even begin? I thought Meineke had a good reputation. But this turned out to be a real amateur hour clown show. I made a next day appointment for an oil change on my Audi A5 sport back. I had a coupon for a $45 Synthetic oil change with standard oil filter. When I showed up the following day with my car I was told that they didn't carry the oil filter and would have to have it delivered to them for installation. I just had the best experience at Meineke. The shop manager, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable about my Toyota 4Runner and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had previously been going to the dealership for their 5-point inspections and oil changes, and not once did they mention the need to change the differential fluids. Had sudden break issues. Called in and got the manager Greg after a single ring. He squeezed me in and took care of everything. Took his time to explain things and didn't even think of trying to up sell. I'll definitely be coming back! Honesty at a car repair shop.
